Back of House (BOH)
Modesto needs a pizzaiolo: a master pizza preparer! We have an imported Italian oven, sourdough pizza crust, and a large array of unique pizza combinations. Candidate must have 2-3 years experience and understand the properties of a wood-fired oven. He or she is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the pizza station and common areas of the kitchen. We would love to see someone with a passion for learning to fill this position!
