Biltmore Wine Experience

The Biltmore Estate Wine Company will host a reactive wine tasting and vineyard tour for AIR restaurant owners/representatives on April 24 and April 25 from 3:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.  Attendees will learn how the flavor profile of wine is affected by different food pairings and have the opportunity to tour their vineyard with Vineyard Manager, Philip Oglesby – who will discuss growing vinifera grapes in Western North Carolina. This is a free event for AIR restaurant members only. All attendees must provide their own transportation to and from the Biltmore Estate.
